11-26-2012 - EFFECTIVE January 1, 2013 the I.R.S.  will change the mileage rate.  The county will adopt that rate (less 2.5 cents per mile).  A New Expense Voucher for January 2013 and later expenses can be found on the Forms Page.  Please use that form for all expenses starting January 2013.

11-20-2012 - Year End Payables Processing Schedules have been updates and are here on the website

11-21-2011 - We have created 2 Special Use PO forms.  They are a monthly type blanket PO form and also a FULL YEAR PO form.  Use of a Full Year PO must be preauthorized by the Auditor's Office.  Blanket PO's may be used by any office.  Please use these forms for your new/upcoming instances for which they apply.

11-10-2011 - The monthly Report on Claims have now been included on our financial reports page.  These reports are generated monthly and will be added as they become available.

10-06-2011 - We have updated the Payables Manual.  It can be found using the link above and a printable version is also available on our forms page.

09-27-2011 - The new Per Diem (meal rate) reference chart is now online in our forms page.  Although these rates take effect for the Federal Government as of October 1, 2011, they do not go into effect for Vermilion County employees until December 1, 2011.  This change takes effect for all travel after the start of the new fiscal (budget) year.


09-07-2011 - A special P.O. Form has been created for Real Estate Tax Refunds.  This is to be used exclusively by the Vermilion County Treasurer's Office.
